Once we receive your opt-out request, we will cease the sale or sharing of your personal information within 15 business days.

4.4 Sensitive Personal Information

We collect only account login credentials (username + hashed password), used solely to authenticate your account. We do not use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics about you. To limit our use of sensitive personal information, email [email protected].

Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, sources, business purposes, and third parties with whom we share it. You may request this up to twice per 12-month period.

Request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions (completing a transaction, security, legal obligations).

Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing

Direct us not to sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

Right to Correct

Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

Right to Limit SPI Use

Direct us to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to perform the services you request.

5.1 How to Submit a Consumer Request

California residents may submit requests by:

5.2 Verification of Requests

We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may ask you to provide information we already have on file (e.g., email address and account name) to verify your request. We will respond within 45 calendar days; complex or numerous requests may require up to 90 days (with notice).

5.3 Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent's authority and may verify your identity directly.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Operational and financial data pulled from your property management system is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Upon cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days at your request.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. See our Security page for details.

8. Children's Privacy
