Pricing questions

Unit count is calculated at the time your contract starts, based on the number of residential units in your connected property management system. We use leasable units — not total building units if some are taken off-market.
Yes. Many operators start with a single property to validate the platform before connecting their full portfolio. Your unit count — and cost — starts at that property's units. Adding properties is a simple configuration change.
No setup fee for standard integrations (Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, RealPage, Entrata, MRI). For custom data export configurations, a one-time implementation fee may apply — we'll discuss this during your demo if relevant.
If you cancel your Rentnoi subscription, your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can export your historical dashboards and reports. After 30 days, your data is deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy. Your source PMS data is unaffected — Rentnoi only reads, never writes.
